It’s been exactly one year since I started with the 28 Day Program. It was not easy to go that first day, I was really nervous. I had never done any real previous exercise, except some walking. The first session was hard and so were the next few.. but a few things kept me there… the encouragement of the other team members and the leadership of Coach Eric. Then within a few weeks it started to make sense, I saw physical improvements and also mental improvements. Fast forward one year.. and now I consider myself physically and mentally strong.
